Book Studio TCC

What is the minimum booking? The studio is available for booking in hour long increments (minimum 1 hours rental). No fifteen or thirty minute increments are permitted.

What is your deposit/cancellation policy? To secure your studio rental, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the start of your event. If you need to reschedule your event less than 48 hours before the original date, we offer the option to change your date for a $50 administration fee, subject to availability. We understand that unexpected changes happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is there a security deposit required to use the studio? A refundable security deposit of $250 is required when renting the entire space for over two hours. This deposit helps cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning needs. Upon a successful post-event inspection, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the studio has free Wi-Fi for all guests. Ask for Wi-Fi details upon your arrival.

Do you have parking available? Yes. Green P parking is available nearby at 995 Eglinton Ave West off of Glen Cedar Rd or along Eglinton Ave. Additional parking may also be available along the side streets of off Eglinton Ave., and there is also an additional parking lot at Eglinton and Chiltern Hiĺl Rd (near 947 Eglinton Ave W.)

Is your space wheelchair accessible? Yes, our location is wheelchair accessible, including an accessible restroom, and wheelchair parking is available on Eglinton Ave, We strive to make our space welcoming for everyone. If you need any special accommodations, feel free to contact us in advance—we’re happy to assist!

Can any merchandise, props or furniture be delivered to the studio before the rental period? Yes, it may be possible to have items delivered prior to the start of your rental, depending on the date and time. Please contact us to confirm if this is possible prior to arranging any deliveries with any outside vendors.

Can I book the space for any events? Studio TCC is a creative space and is open for birthday parties, showers, rehearsals, fitness and movement classes, workshops, film shoots, and corporate events. If you have a special event in mind, let’s connect!

Can I serve alcohol in Studio TCC? Yes, alcohol can be served at your event; however, a liquor permit must be purchased in accordance with Ontario regulations. Additionally, depending on the number of guests, security may be required. Please contact us for more details on obtaining a permit and arranging security if needed. We’re happy to assist in making your event both enjoyable and compliant!
